For a travel and diagnostic fee, our technician will thoroughly check your system and give you a written evaluation of the repairs needed. This diagnostic fee is great for you because there will be no extra charge if it takes longer than anticipated to find the problem.
Once a problem has been identified, the cost of the repair is taken from a flat rate pricing book, and you will know the total repair cost, labor, and material, before you authorize the repair.
Metro A/C & Heating backs all of its service repairs with a written warranty.
